This role is the voice, pulse, and personality of Tailored in White online. As our
Social Media Manager, you'll shape how our brand is seen, loved, and shared across
digital platforms. You won’t just post content—you’ll spark conversations, build
community, and drive authentic engagement that converts followers into loyal clients
and fans. You’ll lead strategy and execution, identify trends, craft stories, and create
moments that matter. This role requires a mix of creative thinking, strategic planning,
and real-time adaptability to keep us relevant, bold, and inspiring in everything we
share.

What You Bring to the Table
You’re the kind of person who:
- Create and maintain the brand’s voice and visual identity across all platforms
- Develop and execute monthly content calendars in alignment with marketing and
seasonal business goals
- Post daily content (Reels, Stories, Carousels, etc.) with high engagement potential
- Manage direct messages and comments with warmth and professionalism
- Respond quickly to trends and viral moments that align with our mission Plan and execute social media campaigns (organic and paid) to drive traffic and
bookings
- Collaborate with internal teams for photography, client stories, promotions, and
events
- Monitor analytics, engagement rates, follower growth, and campaign performance
- Present weekly social performance updates with insights and recommendations
- Maintain influencer and ambassador relationships

- Strong emotional intelligence with the ability to connect and communicate with a diverse audience

- Ability to spot trends early and create relevant, brand-aligned content
- Confident in analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision making
- A sense of urgency, ownership, and love for bridal fashion
- Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, TikTok editing tools, and scheduling
platforms

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
We don’t just care about what you do—we care about how well you do it. These KPIs
are part of how we measure impact and reward excellence:
Follower Growth: 10% MoM increase on Instagram and TikTok
Engagement Rate: Maintain 5–8% engagement rate across platforms
Leads/Bookings via Social: Minimum of 50 bookings/month sourced from social
media
Content Output: 5–7 posts per week, 3–5 stories per day, 2 Reels per week
Conversion Rate from Link in Bio/DM: Track and improve conversions from social
to appointment Community Response Time: Respond to 95%+ of DMs/comments within 24
hours
Influencer UGC: Partner with 2–3 creators or bridal partners monthly
You’ll receive regular coaching, performance check-ins, and access to
resources to help you hit (and exceed) your targets.

Ideal Candidate Background

- Experience creating and executing social strategies across Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest
- Strong portfolio of engaging social content (reels, stories, posts, campaigns)
- Familiarity with brand-building in the fashion, beauty, or bridal industries
- Proficiency in analytics tools like Meta Insights, Later, or Sprout Social
- Background in content creation, photography, or short-form video editing
- Skilled in responding to trends while maintaining a consistent voice
- Deep understanding of community management and influencer engagement
