Social Media & Content Coordinator

We are looking for a creative, trend-savvy Social Media & Content Coordinator to help grow our beauty brand across Instagram and TikTok.

If you live and breathe social media, love creating engaging content, and understand what makes videos go viral, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and create engaging Reels and TikTok content
• Manage and grow our Instagram & TikTok accounts
• Develop creative UGC-style content
• Identify and collaborate with beauty influencers and creators
• Manage comments, messages, and community engagement
• Monitor trends and turn them into viral-ready content

What We’re Looking For

• Experience managing personal or brand social media accounts
• Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram trends
• Experience creating social media content
• Familiar with Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar tools
• Understanding of UGC content
• Passion for beauty, skincare, or cosmetics

Preferred

• Bilingual (English / Korean preferred)
• Beauty or cosmetics marketing experience
• Influencer collaboration experience
• Experience creating viral or high-performing content
• Paid social media ads experience

Compensation

Salary Range: $50,000 – $60,000 annually (depending on experience)
