Influencer Marketing Coordinator
Position Description:
The Influencer Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day management and execution of the brand’s influencer and PR affiliate programs, while also supporting paid and organic influencer marketing initiatives. This role plays a key part in building and nurturing creator relationships, ensuring smooth operational execution, and maintaining accurate tracking and reporting across all influencer activities.
Working cross-functionally with Marketing and Data/ Finance teams, the Influencer Marketing Coordinator ensures influencer programs are executed efficiently, on-brand, and in alignment with business goals. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for skincare, creator culture, and community-driven marketing.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Influencer Affiliate Marketing
- Manage the day-to-daye of influencer affiliate program in ShopMy (or any future program) end-to-end, including creator outreach, onboarding, communication, and ongoing relationship management
- Source, vet, and onboard new influencer affiliates aligned with brand values, audience, and performance goals
- Develop, distribute, and manage custom affiliate links and discount codes for influencer partners
- Track affiliate performance including sales, conversions, engagement, and ROI
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date influencer affiliate trackers documenting outreach, partnerships, deliverables, and spend
- Process influencer affiliate payouts accurately and on time in partnership with Finance
- Monitor influencer content to ensure brand alignment, FTC compliance, and affiliate disclosure requirements
Paid/Organic Influencer Support
- Support Influencer team to execute and scale a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, engagement and revenue growth
- Help identify, engage and manage influencers across micro to macro tiers and platforms, with a strong focus on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and emerging social media platforms
- Support daily management of DIME’s influencer campaign tracker (updating data regularly, ensuring accuracy)
- Spearhead influencer custom code and link development, ensuring all codes and links are created, monitored and tracked monthly
- Own influencer payout system, including gathering Lumanu codes and ensuring timely payments monthly. Manage monthly reporting back to finance for all talent payout
- Manage placing and fulfillment of influencer product orders
Cross-Functional Support & Operations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Brand, DTC and Sales teams to align influencer efforts with broader business goals
- Support creator payment processing and administrative workflows
- Partner with DIME social media team to execute influencer content across DIME social channels
- Stay current on influencer marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices within the skincare and beauty space
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve workflows, processes, and program efficiency

Qualifications, Education, and Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing—ideally in beauty, wellness, or lifestyle
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field
- Intro level of experience building brand communities, affiliate programs, and influencer strategies that drive measurable impact
- Knowledge of the influencer ecosystem, particularly on Instagram and TikTok
- Experience with social listening tools and influencer management programs required
