The ideal candidate brings deep experience in fashion, brand strategy, digital marketing, and storytelling. This role calls for a marketer who can think strategically while also excelling in execution, comfortably managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Walmart Fashion is a strategic growth priority for the company, making this an opportunity for someone eager to take on a significant challenge and deliver outsized impact. Key Responsibilities:

Own the end‑to‑end marketing vision for elevated fashion brand launches—from shaping the strategic brief and inspiring standout creative to driving flawless execution and performance optimization. Collaborate closely with merchandising, in‑store experience, and signage teams to bring brands to life across digital and physical touchpoints, fully leveraging Walmart’s scale to fuel growth.
- Brand Portfolio Stewardship. Help shape and evolve the marketing strategy for Walmart’s private fashion brands portfolio, ensuring each brand shows up with a clear point of view while contributing to a cohesive, elevated fashion narrative.

You’re comfortable taking smart risks and thrive in highly collaborative environments—shaping a bold vision and seeing it through to execution. You have a strong command of the marketing toolkit and know how to activate the right levers to influence customer behavior. You challenge the status quo, continuously seeking new ways to learn, evolve, and innovate.
