<Responsibilities>

  • Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive social media marketing strategies across platforms such as Facebook,and Instagram to boost brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create engaging content including graphics, posts, reels, and photography that align with our brand voice and marketing goals.
  • Manage social media calendars using tools to ensure consistent posting schedules.
  • Monitor social listening tools to track brand sentiment, industry trends, and competitor activities; leverage insights to refine campaigns.
  • Optimize content for SEO by conducting keyword research and applying best practices to increase organic reach.
  • Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using Google Analytics and platform-specific tools to measure campaign performance and ROI.
  • Collaborate with the public relations team to craft press releases, manage media relationships, and enhance our public image.
  • Capture and upload live footage at events to post on Instagram
  • Maintain consistent branding across all digital channels while managing relationships with influencers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Send out weekly marketing emails

<Skills>

  • Proven experience in social media management with a strong understanding of social media marketing strategies.
  • Skilled in graphic design principles with an eye for aesthetics that resonate with target audiences.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO techniques, keyword research, web analytics (Google Analytics), and content optimization.
  • Experience using social listening tools to monitor brand reputation and industry trends effectively.
  • Familiarity with system for scheduling posts and managing multiple accounts seamlessly.
  • Excellent proofreading skills to ensure all content is polished, accurate, and aligned with branding standards.
  • Ability to manage relationships with media outlets, influencers, vendors, and internal teams through effective communication skills.

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 20.0 per week
