Position Overview

Saphira is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with a strong background in the beauty or professional hair care industry to lead the development and execution of the brand’s marketing strategy in the United States.

This role requires a hands-on marketing leader who can both build strategic initiatives and execute them across channels. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for strengthening Saphira’s brand positioning, managing campaigns, supporting sales growth, and creating marketing initiatives that resonate with both professional salons and consumers.

The ideal candidate understands the beauty industry ecosystem — salons, stylists, distributors, education, and retail — and knows how to build brand desirability while driving measurable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy & Positioning

  • Develop and maintain clear brand positioning, voice, and messaging across all marketing channels.
  • Ensure brand consistency across digital platforms, retail, salon materials, and education assets.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen Saphira’s positioning within the professional haircare and scalp health category.

Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail, and professional channels.
  • Develop marketing strategies to support new product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand initiatives.
  • Manage the full campaign lifecycle from concept to execution and performance analysis.

Salon & Professional Channel Marketing

  • Create marketing programs to support salon partners and stylists.
  • Develop in-salon marketing materials, promotions, and educational assets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support distributor growth and salon acquisition initiatives.

Events & Industry Presence

  • Plan and execute trade shows, professional education events, brand activations, and industry partnerships.
  • Manage logistics, creative direction, and post-event performance analysis.

Digital & Content Marketing

  • Oversee content strategy across social media, email marketing, and website.
  • Develop campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
  • Work with internal teams and external partners (agencies, designers, influencers).

Influencer & Partnership Development

  • Identify and manage relationships with stylists, educators, influencers, and brand ambassadors.
  • Develop programs that expand Saphira’s presence within the professional hair community.

Marketing Operations & Performance

  • Track marketing performance using key metrics such as ROI, customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue contribution.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
  • Coordinate with leadership to align marketing initiatives with company growth goals.

QualificationsRequired Experience

  • 5+ years of marketing experience in the beauty, haircare, or professional salon industry.
  • Proven ability to develop marketing strategies and execute campaigns independently.
  • Experience working with salon brands, professional haircare distribution, or beauty retail.
  • Experience managing events, brand activations, and product launches.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of beauty industry trends, salon culture, and stylist communities.
  • Ability to operate in both strategic and hands-on execution roles.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and brand storytelling abilities.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
