About the Role

Wellah, a fast-growing wellness brand, is seeking a strategic and creative TikTok Shop Brand Manager to lead our social commerce operations and accelerate revenue growth. This role blends e-commerce expertise with social media strategy to build high-performing campaigns, manage affiliate relationships, and strengthen our brand’s presence on TikTok Shop.### Key Responsibilities

  • TikTok Shop Operations: Oversee product listings, inventory coordination, promotions, and fulfillment to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
  • Affiliate & Influencer Management: Build and manage relationships with affiliates and creators, expanding the network and optimizing performance.
  • Revenue-Driving Campaigns: Plan and execute campaigns to drive content engagement and sales.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor traffic, conversion, and ROI; analyze data to refine strategy.
  • Trend & Platform Insights: Stay ahead of social commerce trends and TikTok updates to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with marketing, creative, and operations teams to align campaigns with broader brand initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in e-commerce and social media management, preferably with TikTok Shop or similar social commerce platforms.
  • Strong understanding of affiliate marketing and influencer partnerships.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and act on performance metrics.
  • Passion for wellness, creativity, and social commerce innovation.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Range: $60,000 – $80,000 annually, based on experience.
