Location: Traveling between multiple restaurant locations in Los Angeles (West Hollywood, Los Feliz, and Burbank)

Pay: $25 to $30 per hour depending on experience, plus gas compensation

Overview:

A growing restaurant group is looking for a reliable, organized, and creative Assistant and Social Media Manager to support daily operations and manage content across multiple locations. The ideal candidate is comfortable balancing administrative and on site work, has strong communication skills, and understands both restaurant operations and digital branding.

This position is perfect for someone who enjoys variety—from helping restaurant teams stay organized to creating and posting engaging social media content.

Responsibilities:

  • Visit restaurant locations regularly to check in with teams and provide updates
  • Support on site managers with organization, follow up, and scheduling
  • Handle administrative and personal assistant tasks as needed
  • Capture and post social media content including photos, videos, stories, and reels
  • Maintain posting schedules and assist with influencer collaborations or partnerships
  • Create and track reports, documents, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Word and Excel

Requirements:

  • Prior restaurant experience preferred, especially in a leadership or operations role
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and Meta platforms
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Reliable transportation (gas compensation provided)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Drive
  • Professional communication and attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends if needed

Compensation:I

  • $25 to $30 per hour depending on experience
  • Gas compensation for travel
  • 2 to 3 days per week to start, with potential for full time expansion
