<Responsibilities>
- Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to increase engagement and brand awareness.
- Create captivating content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts that align with branding guidelines and marketing goals.
- Manage social listening tools to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and customer feedback for timely responses and insights.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) for designing eye-catching visuals and editing videos that resonate with target audiences.
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to maximize reach and ROI.
- Analyze web analytics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign performance, optimize strategies, and report key metrics.
- Coordinate with public relations teams to enhance brand reputation through media outreach, influencer collaborations, and community engagement.
- Schedule posts efficiently using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to ensure consistent online presence across all channels.
- Conduct keyword research for SEO purposes to improve organic search visibility and content discoverability.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and customers through effective relationship management practices.
<Experience>
- Proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing roles with a focus on content creation and campaign management.
- Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite applications.
- Hands-on experience managing social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer.
- Knowledge of social listening techniques and tools for monitoring online conversations and sentiment analysis.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices, keyword research, Google Analytics, web analytics platforms, and e-commerce strategies.
- Experience in video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro or similar software is highly desirable.
- Ability to craft compelling copy with excellent proofreading skills while maintaining brand voice consistency.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
