Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to boost engagement and follower growth.
- Manage social listening tools to monitor brand sentiment, industry trends, and competitor activity, ensuring timely responses and insights.
- Create captivating visual content.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute engaging events - that align with marketing goals and foster community connection.
- Oversee social media management tools.
- Implement SEO best practices by conducting keyword research to optimize content visibility across digital channels.
- Collaborate with public relations teams to craft press releases, manage media relations, and enhance brand reputation through strategic outreach.
- Design eye-catching graphics for advertising campaigns including Facebook Advertising and other digital ads to maximize reach.
- Maintain consistent branding across all channels while proofreading content for accuracy and tone.
- Build strong relationships with partners, vendors, influencers, and community members to expand our network and amplify our messaging.
Skills
- Proven experience in social media marketing with a strong understanding of platform algorithms and audience engagement strategies.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite for content creation.
- Skilled in using social media management tools like Hootsuite and Buffer for scheduling, monitoring, and analytics reporting.
- Knowledge of SEO techniques including keyword research to improve organic search rankings.
- Familiarity with web analytics platforms like Google Analytics to track campaign performance effectively.
- Experience with public relations activities including media outreach and press release writing.
- Ability to produce high-quality visual content through photography or video editing skills; familiarity with video editing software is a plus.
- Strong relationship management skills to foster partnerships with influencers, vendors, and community stakeholders.
- Excellent proofreading skills ensuring all content is polished, accurate, and aligned with branding guidelines.
- Understanding of e-commerce platforms can be advantageous for integrated marketing efforts.
