Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic & experienced Salon Coordinator to oversee our salon operations and lead our team to success. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the beauty industry, exceptional leadership skills, and previous salon or spa industry experience.
Salon Front Desk Manager
- Responsibilities:
- Manage daily salon operations, including front desk, booking appointment, processing payments, staff scheduling, inventory management, social media management, and customer service
- - Ensuring that the salon environment meets cleanliness and hygiene standards required by law (Ensuring the salon is kept clean and tidy
- -Disinfecting tools and equipment
- -Washing, drying and folding towels
- -Resolving client complaints
- -Request reviews from clients and grow our reviews on the platforms
- Oversee salon staff performance, providing guidance, training, and support
- Negotiate with vendors for product purchases and maintain inventory levels
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and performance
- Conduct phone screen interviews for hiring new salon staff
- Implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through quality service delivery
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in salon industry
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of CRM & sales management
- Ability to speak multiple languages is advantageous (multilingual)
Social Media Coordinator
- Responsibilities:
- Manage daily salon operations, including front desk, booking appointment, processing payments, staff scheduling and customer service
- -Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google, Pinterest, YouTube, Wix, TikTok etc.
- -Create engaging and shareable content, including posts, videos, ad graphics.
- -Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and engage with the online community
- - Develop and execute social media strategies that align with overall marketing goals.
- -Get to know what engages people on different social media platforms
- -Search for interesting articles, stories, and resources related to our industry, and share them on our social media
- -Keep an eye on blogs, forums, and social networks and join the conversations
- -Plan out fun content schedules for our company brands on a weekly and monthly basis
- Oversee salon staff performance, providing guidance, training, and support
- Negotiate with vendors for product purchases and maintain inventory levels

- Utilize POS systems for transactions and sales tracking
- Implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through quality service delivery
Content Management:
- -Knowledge in WordPress to update website
- -Content update and refresh on weekly basis
- -Paid Ads: Instagram and Facebook
- -Drive aggressive user acquisition campaigns across various paid and non-paid channels, including social media, app stores, influencers, and add networks
- Qualifications:
- Proven experience in salon industry
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- - Knowledge of CRM & sales management
- Ability to speak multiple languages is advantageous (English, Spanish)
- -Grip on sales
- -Proven experience (6 months to 1 year) in within a digital marketing agency
- -Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools and trends
- -Demonstrated success in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
