We're seeking a rockstar Marketing Manager to spearhead strategies for our exciting lineup: Sunkist Hydration & Collagen beverages and Harmony wellness products. If you thrive on field events, consumer activations, and turning master's-level ideas into killer execution, this is your spot to elevate our brands nationwide.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute omnichannel campaigns for Sunkist Hydration & Collagen and Harmony, boosting awareness, trials, and sales across all channels.
• Lead field marketing: Plan trade shows, pop-ups, tastings, and partnerships with flawless logistics and ROI tracking.
• Coach our part-time and full-time team on execution, bridging strategy to measurable results.
• Analyze data, consumer insights, and trends to refine multi-brand tactics and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate on digital/social, influencer partnerships, and retail merchandising to drive sustained growth.

Who You Are

• 5–10 years of experience in CPG marketing, ideally in beverages or wellness (food/bev background a bonus).
• Proven field events professional with strong execution capabilities — no more gaps on your watch.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business required; Master's a plus. Data-savvy, creative, and a natural team leader.
• Genuine passion for hydration, collagen, and wellness trends. LA-based or willing to relocate.

Compensation & Setup

• Base salary: $110,000 – $130,000, plus performance bonuses and full benefits.
• Hybrid setup for planning and strategy; travel required for field events and activations.
