Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to boost brand visibility and engagement.
- Create high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts that align with branding guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Manage social media calendars using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to ensure consistent posting schedules.
- Monitor social listening tools to track brand mentions, industry trends, and customer feedback for timely responses and insights.
- Optimize content for SEO by conducting keyword research and integrating relevant keywords into posts and campaigns.
- Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using Google Analytics and other tools to measure campaign performance and inform future strategies.
- Collaborate with public relations teams to coordinate outreach efforts, manage influencer partnerships, and handle crisis communication when necessary.
- Oversee paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to increase reach and conversions.
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and customers through effective relationship management practices.
- Stay current with digital marketing trends, emerging social media features, and best practices in graphic design, video editing, and branding.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or related roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop and Illustrator for graphic design; experience with video editing is a plus.
- Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling and analytics tracking.
- Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, web analytics (Google Analytics), and social listening tools.
- Strong skills in content creation—writing compelling copy, designing visuals, capturing photography, and editing videos.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent proofreading skills with an eye for detail to ensure all content aligns with branding standards.
- Experience in public relations strategies including relationship management with media outlets or influencers is desirable.
