Affiliate Manager - Influencer Partnerships

A company is looking for an Affiliate / Influencers / Creators Partnerships Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively recruit and manage high-performing creators and influencers

Craft pitches and lead onboarding processes tailored for creators

Analyze creator performance data to inform strategy and optimize campaigns

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)

3-5+ years of experience in influencer marketing or creator partnerships

Strong existing network of creators or influencers

Deep understanding of creator monetization models and social media ecosystems

Data-driven mindset with experience using affiliate platforms and social analytics tools
