We’re looking for someone who knows how to turn content into commerce.

The Role

We’re hiring a hands-on Affiliate & TikTok Growth Manager to build and scale two key revenue engines from the ground up:

  • TikTok organic content
  • TikTok Shop
  • Affiliate program (The Disciples)
  • Influencer seeding + UGC pipeline

This is a performance-driven role. Not just posting. Not just outreach. Revenue.

You will work directly with the founders and play a meaningful role in scaling Dirty Saint’s next growth channel.

Core Responsibilities

TikTok Growth

  • Develop and execute weekly content strategy
  • Identify trends and translate them into Dirty Saint content
  • Optimize posting cadence and engagement
  • Drive traffic to TikTok Shop + DTC

TikTok Shop

  • Launch and scale TikTok Shop from zero
  • Optimize product listings, bundles, pricing
  • Launch promos, flash sales, and creator collaborations
  • Monitor GMV, CVR, AOV, and refund rates
  • Troubleshoot fulfillment issues

Affiliate Marketing – The Disciples (Superfiliate)

Dirty Saint’s affiliate program is called The Disciples, a growing network of creators and brand advocates.

This role is responsible for building, scaling, and activating this program from the ground up.

Responsibilities include:

  • Recruiting high-quality affiliates weekly
  • Activating and re-engaging affiliates
  • Creating incentive tiers and performance challenges
  • Developing educational resources and selling angles
  • Providing swipe copy, promo codes, and launch playbooks
  • Identifying and spotlighting top performers
  • Tracking affiliate-attributed revenue and optimizing commission structure
  • Building real community momentum while staying revenue-focused

We want someone who will treat The Disciples like their own program, building both engagement and measurable sales.

Influencer + UGC

  • Daily creator sourcing + outreach
  • Manage gifted + paid collaborations
  • Coordinate product shipments
  • Secure content usage rights
  • Build scalable UGC library

Reporting & Accountability

  • Weekly revenue and performance reporting
  • Clear KPIs and optimization plan
  • Data-backed recommendations
  • Transparent tracking of TikTok Shop and affiliate revenue

Requirements

You must:

  • Have direct TikTok Shop experience
  • Have managed affiliate programs before
  • Understand conversion metrics (not just followers)
  • Be scrappy, proactive, and organized
  • Be comfortable working in-office 2 days per week (Santa Ana/Costa Mesa)

Bonus if you:

  • Have worked with CPG or beverage brands
  • Have scaled TikTok Shop meaningfully
  • Have built incentive-driven affiliate communities

What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)

  • TikTok Shop successfully launched and generating revenue
  • Consistent TikTok posting cadence
  • 25–50+ active affiliates posting
  • Measurable TikTok Shop GMV growth
  • Affiliate-attributed revenue generating consistently
  • Clear reporting and accountability

Compensation

  • $40–$50/hour depending on experience
  • 20–30 hours per week to start
  • Performance-based milestone bonuses for launching and scaling TikTok Shop
  • Performance-based milestone bonuses tied to affiliate revenue growth
  • Ongoing quarterly bonuses tied to revenue milestones
