Position Summary:
We’re seeking a driven and experienced Social Media Client Success Manager (Also referred to as Account Manager) to join our team and play a key role in our clients' success stories. If you're excited about building meaningful relationships, creating impactful content, and being at the forefront of the influencer space, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
As a Client Success Manager, You Will:
- Be the go-to person for all things related to your clients, building strong and lasting relationships.
- Post engaging content daily for the creators you manage, crafting captions that resonate with their audience.
- Act as the day-to-day liaison between our team and your clients, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
- Review all final deliverables with a keen eye for detail before they reach the client.
- Deeply understand your clients’ brands, goals, and aspirations to help them achieve unparalleled success.
- Continuously monitor and optimize client campaigns, driving exceptional performance.
- Create and present insightful reports on content performance, highlighting key wins and areas for growth.
- Setup and run Manychat automations to generate exceptional results for our clients.
- Share your industry knowledge and best practices with the wider team to elevate our content creation.
- Seamlessly onboard new clients, setting the stage for a successful partnership.
- Collaborate with our Senior Team to execute cutting-edge positioning strategies that drive growth.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in client account management, ideally within the influencer or digital content space.
- 2+ years of experience as a social media manager (managing pages and posting across TikTok, Instagram etc).
- Proven track record of managing creative teams and delivering outstanding results.
- A genuine passion for content creation and the influencer industry.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills, with experience working across multiple teams.
- A proactive, self-motivated, and organized individual who strives for excellence in everything you do.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and coordinate work across different time zones.
- Proficiency with tools like Google Drive, Adobe Creative Suite, ClickUp, Discord, and Slack.
A Typical Week Could Include:
- Collaborating with your team to develop and implement strategies that will take your clients’ content to the next level.
- Posting daily content for your clients, ensuring every post is on-brand and impactful.
- Presenting innovative strategies to clients, showing them how we can help them grow.
- Coordinating your team’s efforts to ensure all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard.
- Regular check-ins with clients to discuss progress, celebrate wins, and align on future goals.
- Analyzing campaign performance and crafting detailed reports that showcase our impact.
