We are seeking a strategic, creative, and commercially driven Social Media & Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This role will lead the development, execution, and optimization of social media and integrated marketing strategies across multiple brands and channels.

As Social Media & Marketing Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of client accounts, drive digital growth initiatives, and ensure marketing performance aligns with business objectives. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients on social and marketing strategy, while collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver impactful, data-driven campaigns on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end management of social media and integrated marketing campaigns
  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with client goals, brand positioning, and KPIs
  • Manage multiple client accounts as the primary strategic and operational point of contact
  • Plan and oversee content calendars across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
  • Coordinate with creative, content, paid media, and analytics teams to execute campaigns
  • Manage paid social campaigns, budgets, and performance optimization
  • Monitor performance metrics and deliver detailed reports with actionable insights
  • Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithm updates, and emerging digital opportunities
  • Present strategies, results, and growth opportunities to clients and senior stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling additional marketing services
  • Ensure consistent brand voice, messaging, and quality across all channels

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or account management
  • Proven experience managing multiple client accounts and concurrent campaigns
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, paid advertising, content strategy, and digital marketing channels
  • Experience managing social media budgets and forecasting spend
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent project management and organizational abilities
  • Confident communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in an agency or client-services environment
  • Experience with social media scheduling tools, marketing automation, and CRM platforms
  • Knowledge of influencer marketing and community management
  • Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
