Location: Lee's Summit, MO (Kansas City) with option to work remotely 2 days a week

Are you a hands-on content creator who loves turning technical products into engaging stories? We’re looking for a Creative Content Manager to develop, design, and manage marketing content across digital and traditional channels.

You’ll work closely with marketing, sales, and engineering teams to translate technical information into clear, compelling content while maintaining consistent brand voice and visuals. This is a creative, execution-focused role with opportunities to work on everything from product literature and social media campaigns to video, photography, website content, and influencer/partnership marketing.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop engaging content: web graphics, product brochures, blog articles, email campaigns, presentations, short-form video, landing pages, and social media assets.
  • Translate product features and technical details into clear, compelling marketing content for customers and industry audiences.
  • Plan and maintain the marketing content calendar to support campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.
  • Manage social media planning, posting, engagement, and reporting across company channels.
  • Create content for e-commerce and marketplace platforms (Amazon), including banners, landing pages, images, video, A+ content, and brand store graphics.
  • Coordinate with freelance content creators, designers, supplier partners, and internal stakeholders on the development of content.
  • Capture, edit, or source photography and video.
  • Assist with content creation for paid campaigns and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Plan and manage influencer or partnership marketing, including creator outreach and coordination, content alignment and themes, and posting schedules.
  • Organize and maintain the content library, including images, videos, and marketing assets.
  • Stay up to date on emerging trends in content, social media, and digital marketing.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, content creation, or creative roles.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing content creation across written, design, photography, and video.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design/video editing software.
  • Comfortable with presentation tools like PowerPoint and Prezi.
  • Experience managing social media platforms required. Managing channels for a B2B organization is a plus.
  • Experience with email marketing tools (Klaviyo) and e-commerce platforms (BigCommerce, Shopify) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted content creation tools is a plus.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Eager to take on new challenges.
  • Ability to take initiative and negotiate creative solutions.
