Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Create high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts that resonate with target audiences and reflect our brand identity.
- Manage daily social media activities using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to schedule posts, monitor engagement, and optimize content performance.
- Conduct social listening to gather insights about audience preferences, industry trends, and competitor activity to inform content planning.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) for designing visuals and editing videos that enhance storytelling.
- Implement Facebook Advertising campaigns to increase reach and engagement while tracking ROI through Google Analytics and web analytics tools.
- Foster relationships with influencers, media outlets, and community members to amplify our messaging and strengthen brand reputation.
- Monitor social media metrics regularly to evaluate campaign success; prepare reports on key performance indicators such as engagement rates, follower growth, and website traffic.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, PR, and E-commerce for cohesive branding efforts.
- Proofread all content meticulously to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with branding standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing social media platforms for brands or organizations with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer; familiarity with scheduling and analytics features.
- Skilled in graphic design using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator; video editing experience is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, web analytics (Google Analytics), and digital marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of social listening techniques to monitor brand sentiment and industry trends effectively.
- Experience in public relations activities including relationship management with media outlets and influencers.
- Ability to create engaging content tailored for diverse audiences across multiple channels while maintaining brand consistency.
- Familiarity with Facebook Advertising platform for targeted ad campaigns; experience with other paid social media advertising is a plus.
- Excellent proofreading skills ensuring all content is polished before publication.
- Passion for branding, e-commerce integration, photography skills for original content creation, and familiarity with video editing software are advantageous.
