The Role
We're looking for a Head of Growth Marketing to own our user acquisition engine from top to bottom. You'll manage paid media across channels, lead our in-house creative team, and use data to drive every decision. This is a high-ownership role — you'll be the strategic and executional force behind how we grow.
What You'll Own
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and emerging channels
- Lead and manage our creative team (designer + video editor), briefing concepts, reviewing output, and maintaining a rapid testing cadence
- Own key growth metrics: CAC, LTV, payback period, and ROAS — and build dashboards and reporting to track them
- Develop and iterate on a creative strategy based on performance data, identifying winning angles and scaling them
- Manage the paid media budget and allocate spend efficiently across channels
- Partner closely with product and leadership to align acquisition efforts with retention and monetization goals
What We're Looking For
- 5–8 years of experience in performance or growth marketing, ideally at a mobile app or DTC company
- Deep hands-on experience with Meta Ads and TikTok Ads Manager; Google UAC a plus
- Strong understanding of mobile attribution (Adjust, AppsFlyer, or similar) and unit economics
- Experience managing or directing a creative team, with a good eye for what makes mobile video and static ads convert
- Comfortable working in a scrappy, fast-paced startup environment where you'll both set strategy and execute
Nice to Have
- Experience in the health, fitness, or wellness space
- Familiarity with App Store Optimization (ASO) or influencer/UGC partnerships
- Experience with A/B testing frameworks and creative iteration at scale
