Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, customer-focused, and digitally savvy individual to join our team as a Studio Sales Lead + Social Media Content Coordinator. This hybrid role combines front-desk sales and service with social media content creation and brand storytelling. You will drive sales, build relationships with guests, and lead local content strategy to grow our online presence and attract new customers to the studio.

Key Responsibilities:

Studio Sales Lead (SSL) Responsibilities:

  • Identify client needs and recommend products and services to meet those needs
  • Manage client relationships through proactive communication, personalized service, and tailored proposals to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Drive sales by promoting memberships (K Club) and service packages (K Packs) to every guest
  • Up-sell and cross-sell products and add-on services effectively
  • Perform new guest protocols and uphold brand experience standards
  • Collaborate with the team to reach conversion and revenue goals
  • Support lab operations including wax preparation and inventory tasks
  • Accurately enter transactions and appointments into the Point of sale (POS) system
  • Greet, check in, and assist guests with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency
  • Maintain guest records (CIF) and ensure accuracy prior to treatments
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and handle guest concerns with empathy and quick resolution
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby and guest-facing areas
  • Provide general administrative support and assist leadership as needed

Social Media Content Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Create and publish engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other local social media channels, within brand guidelines
  • Capture and edit in-studio photos, videos, and behind-the-scenes moments that highlight services, staff culture, promotions, and customer experiences
  • Develop a monthly content calendar aligned with brand voice and studio initiatives
  • Track engagement metrics and report on performance to inform future content strategy
  • Partner with the corporate marketing team to ensure brand compliance
  • Coordinate and manage local influencers or content collaborations
  • Promote online reviews, referral programs, and seasonal offers via social media
  • Maintain a consistent visual identity and tone across all platforms
  • Respond to DMs, tags, and comments in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications:

  • Sales and/or customer service experience required
  • Experience managing social media accounts for a brand or business
  • Must be outgoing, engaging, energetic, and comfortable on camera
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Instagram, TikTok, and content scheduling tools is a plus
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and POS systems
  • Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings
  • High school diploma or equivalent; education in marketing or communications is a plus

Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour
