Position Overview
We are seeking a sales-driven, proactive, and creative Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Miami. The Sales & Marketing Coordinator serves as a key partner in the agency’s daily operations, helping to drive revenue, build strong local partnerships, and activate campaigns that make an impact.
This role is responsible for sourcing, outreach, pitching, and closing sales and partnerships, while also nurturing relationships with both current and prospective partners. In addition, the coordinator supports content creation team, social media management, community engagement, and event marketing, ensuring campaigns are executed seamlessly and deliver measurable results for both Astory and its clients.
The ideal candidate is self-driven, proactive, and full of original ideas, thrives on ownership, and is excited to grow with a fast-paced, expanding agency.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Prospecting and qualifying leads through research and outreach
- Conducting outreach via email, phone, social platforms, and in‑person
- Supporting the sales process by preparing proposals, decks, contracts
- Scheduling meetings, presentations with prospective partners
- Following up on leads and maintaining the sales pipeline in CRM systems
- Assisting in closing deals and tracking revenue goals
Relationship Management
- Maintaining ongoing communication with existing partners
- Acting as a point of contact for partner support, updates, and needs
- Coordinating partner deliverables and ensuring agreements are fulfilled
- Tracking partner performance and reporting on engagement metrics
Marketing & Campaign Activation
- Support 360-degree campaigns from strategy to execution
- Bring new creative ideas and solutions to the table
- Coordinate influencer partnerships and brand collaborations
- Develop and manage on-site and online marketing activations, including events, activations, and promotional materials
- Supporting internal and client related content creation (copy, graphics, social assets)
- Managing marketing calendars and campaign timelines
Digital & Content Support
- Assist with social media content creation, scheduling, and posting
- Assisting with influencer outreach and content partnerships
- Engage with online communities to build brand presence
- Collaborate with the team to ensure messaging is aligned across all channels
- Monitoring social performance and tracking engagement metrics
Event Coordination & Promotion
- Supporting event planning and logistics
- Assisting with onsite execution m
- Coordinating event assets
- Tracking performance and post‑event follow up
Analytics & Reporting
- Preparing weekly/monthly reports on campaigns, leads, ROI
- Providing insights to improve engagement and revenue growth
- Reporting on pipeline movement and partner performance
Administrative Support
- Maintaining CRM databases
- Preparing presentations and contracts
- Handling general team support tasks as needed
Marketing skills
- Understanding social media platforms
- Ability to evaluate influencer content and brand alignment. Understanding how to structure campaigns to meet client objectives
- Assist with social media management and content creation for Astory website and social channels
- Experiental/event marketing, which includes coordination, and budget management, on-site execution and follow up
- Analytics & Reporting: Comfort with tracking metrics like engagement rates, reach, impressions, and ROI for campaigns.
