Our products blend technical apparel with loud cyberpunk-inspired design and a stoic philosophical ethos.

The company has grown to $2M in annual revenue and is entering a new stage focused on aggressive growth and global expansion. We are looking to build a serious distribution engine across creators, paid media, and digital marketing.

We are looking for a Growth Operator who can take ownership of scaling customer acquisition and revenue across multiple channels.

This role sits at the center of the company's growth engine and will work directly with the founder.

The Role

The Growth Operator is responsible for increasing traffic, improving conversion, and scaling revenue.

You will oversee the execution and optimization of customer acquisition channels including paid advertising, creator partnerships, affiliate programs, and marketing funnels.

This role is both strategic and hands-on. The ideal candidate is comfortable running experiments, analyzing data, and building systems that scale.

Responsibilities

Growth & Customer Acquisition

  • Launch and manage paid advertising campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google as appropriate)
  • Test and scale new ad creatives and audience segments
  • Track CAC, ROAS, MER, and campaign performance
  • Continuously identify opportunities to increase traffic and conversions

Creator & Affiliate Programs

  • Recruit and onboard creators to promote Neo4ic
  • Manage affiliate partnerships and commission structures
  • Build relationships with micro-creators and community influencers
  • Coordinate product seeding and creator campaigns

Funnel Optimization

  • Improve landing pages and product page conversion rates
  • Test new offers, bundles, and promotions
  • Analyze customer behavior and recommend improvements

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor growth metrics across all channels
  • Produce weekly performance reports and insights
  • Identify winning strategies and scale them

Campaign Execution

  • Support product launches and drop campaigns
  • Coordinate marketing calendars and promotional timelines

What Success Looks Like

Within the first 90 days, the Growth Operator should:

  • Establish a consistent ad testing framework
  • Recruit and activate a network of creators and affiliates - manage and maintain campaign
  • Improve conversion rates and AOV through funnel improvements
  • Deliver clear growth insights through weekly reporting

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or growth roles
  • Experience working with direct-to-consumer brands (apparel preferred)
  • Strong understanding of paid media platforms (Meta, Google)
  • Analytical mindset with comfort interpreting marketing data
  • Ability to run experiments and iterate quickly
  • Email/SMS marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Attentive, Postscript)
  • Conversion rate optimization and landing page testing
  • Familiarity with Shopify and DTC analytics tools
  • Experience scaling creator or affiliate programs
