Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing excellent customer service and directing them appropriately
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently, ensuring prompt responses
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area that reflects our professional image
  • Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across various social media platforms
  • Design eye-catching graphics and visuals utilizing Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Creative Suite to support marketing campaigns
  • Monitor social media channels through social listening techniques to gauge audience sentiment and engagement
  • Implement SEO strategies by conducting keyword research and optimizing content for search engines
  • Track website traffic and social media analytics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness
  • Coordinate with the marketing team on branding initiatives, public relations efforts, and promotional activities including Facebook Advertising campaigns
  • Manage relationships with followers, partners, and influencers to enhance brand visibility and reputation
  • Proofread all digital content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and brand consistency
  • Assist in e-commerce activities by updating product listings or promotional materials online when needed
  • Capture high-quality photographs and videos for social media content creation

Experience

  • Proven experience in front desk operations or administrative support roles demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience managing social media accounts for a business or organization is highly preferred
  • Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer
  • Strong graphic design skills using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Adobe Creative Suite applications
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, Google Analytics, and web analytics tools
  • Experience in digital marketing campaigns including Facebook Advertising and branding initiatives
  • Ability to create compelling visual content through photography or video editing software such as Adobe Premiere or similar tools
  • Exceptional proofreading skills with attention to detail in all written communications
