Marketing and Sales Coordinator
Role Overview
As Marketing Generalist, you'll be the operational backbone of the marketing team. You'll work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to execute across our marketplace channels, email campaigns, affiliate programs, and eCommerce operations. This is a great role for someone early in their marketing career who wants broad exposure across channels, learns quickly, and takes pride in keeping things organized and moving. You won't be bored — no two days look the same.
Key Responsibilities
Marketplace Operations
- Maintain Brand Storefronts and assist with PDP optimization and listing quality
- Support Amazon Creator Connections and external promotion campaigns
- Manage Brand marketplace (Ex: TikTok Shop, Faire, etc.) listings, merchandising, and promotions
- Provide fulfillment backup support for marketplace orders
- Attend bi-weekly marketplace meetings
Email Marketing Execution
- Execute email campaigns from brief to deployment, following the campaign calendar
- Assist with email flow maintenance and list hygiene
- Support Shopify Collective retailer audits and retailer CRM upkeep
- Assist with drop ship order fulfillment as needed
Website & eCommerce Support
- Assist with Brand Website merchandising
- Contribute to blog content production and publishing
- Support Shopify B2B and Shopify Global channel maintenance
- Provide fulfillment backup support as needed
General
- Support the Digital Marketing Manager with reporting, research, and ad hoc projects
- Assist with recruiting coordination as needed
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative, fast-moving environment
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, eCommerce, or a related field
- Familiarity with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, or similar eCommerce platforms
- Basic understanding of email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- A self-starter who can follow SOPs independently and flag issues proactively
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift
- Strong written communication skills

Full-Time, On-Site
Salary Range: $60,000- $70,000 Anually
1–3 Years Experience Reports to Digital Marketing Manager
Nice to Have
- Experience with marketplace platforms such as TikTok Shop
- Familiarity with affiliate or influencer marketing programs
- Interest in or experience with fashion, lifestyle, or apparel brands
- Basic experience with Meta Ads or TikTok Ads
- Comfortable with content coordination or production logistic
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
