Influencer & Creator Relations Specialist

Full-Time | Fully Remote in San Diego, Los Angeles or Orange County, CA

We’re looking for an Influencer & Creator Relations Specialist to work closely with the Head of Partnerships for a successful SoCal influencer and creator performance marketing company. In supporting active campaigns, maintaining creator pipelines, and ensuring smooth coordination across teams, this role is ideal for someone who understands influencer marketing fundamentals, enjoys structured execution, and takes pride in keeping partnerships organized, accurate, and moving forward.

Your role is to support campaign execution, maintain creator data integrity, and strengthen the operational side of partnership management.

What You’ll Do

1. Campaign Tracking & Performance Support

  • Update and maintain campaign tracking sheets across active creator campaigns, ensuring deliverables, pricing agreements, posting status, and performance metrics are properly recorded.
  • Monitor engagement metrics using native analytics tools (Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube dashboards) and update internal dashboards with clear, organized data.
  • Flag inconsistencies or underperformance early, demonstrating strong attention to detail and proactive communication.
  • Prepare concise performance summaries for internal review using structured data and clean documentation.

2. Creator Onboarding & Database Management

  • Manage creator onboarding by collecting media kits, pricing, engagement data, and payment details, organizing documentation in Google Workspace and CRM systems.
  • Maintain a structured creator database categorized by niche, engagement rate, and pricing tiers.
  • Standardize creator profiles and ensure records remain clean, updated, and easy to reference.

3. Creator Research & Pipeline Development

  • Research and evaluate creators across major platforms, assessing audience quality, engagement, and content alignment.
  • Track responses, follow-ups, and status updates across prospects.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Social Blade, platform analytics, Apify, Phantombuster or other similar technologies to support sourcing efforts.
  • Ability to initiate outreach, manage pricing discussions, negotiating deliverables within approved budget guidelines ( preferred, but not required ).

4. Campaign Coordination & Internal Support

  • Help track campaign deliverables, timelines, and creator commitments ensuring campaigns move forward smoothly.
  • Support internal coordination between partnerships, marketing, and operations teams using ClickUp, Slack, and Google Workspace.
  • Assist the Head of Partnerships with administrative and operational tasks across active campaigns.
  • Escalate delays or gaps promptly and support workflow improvements where needed.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator outreach, or partnership coordination roles.
  • Strong understanding of social media metrics (engagement rate, audience fit, content performance).
  • Confident working in Google Sheets and maintaining structured tracking systems.
  • Comfortable using CRM and project management tools (ClickUp, Attio, Asana, etc.).
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Clear, professional written English.
  • Able to work independently in a fast paced work environment.
  • Reliable and responsive, with strong cross-team communication and proactive follow-through.
