Venum is entering a new chapter of growth with expansion across Combat Sports, Boxing, Team Sports, Football, and performance categories, and the Senior Brand Marketing Manager will play a central role in shaping how the brand shows up across the market. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are hiring a Senior Brand Marketing Manager to lead the brand strategy and execution for Venum across North America.
This role will oversee brand campaigns, product launches, athlete storytelling, partnerships, and marketing activations that reinforce Venum’s leadership in combat sports while supporting the brand’s expansion into new categories.
The Senior Brand Marketing Manager will work closely with the E-Commerce Director, Digital Marketing Manager, category leaders, and the global marketing team to ensure brand consistency and strong market impact across all channels.
This role requires a strategic thinker who can also execute — someone who understands how to balance brand storytelling with commercial results. WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON***Brand Strategy & Positioning Lead the development and execution of the North America brand marketing strategy.
- Ensure Venum maintains its leadership position in Combat Sports while supporting expansion into Team Sports, Football, and new performance categories.
- Define brand positioning and messaging frameworks that align with Venum’s global identity while resonating with the North American consumer.
- Ensure consistency of brand expression across digital channels, retail partners, athlete partnerships, and events.
Campaign Development & Execution* Lead the planning and execution of brand campaigns supporting product launches, athlete partnerships, and seasonal initiatives.
- Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling storytelling and campaign assets across:
- Digital platforms
- Social media
- E-commerce
- Retail activations
- Athlete-driven content
- Manage campaign timelines and ensure seamless coordination across internal teams.
Athlete & Partnership Marketing* Support brand visibility through athlete partnerships across: + MMA + Boxing + Muay Thai + BJJ + Team Sports categories
- Work with internal teams to activate athlete relationships through campaigns, content, and product storytelling.
- Ensure partnerships deliver strong brand visibility and measurable impact.
Product Launch Marketing* Partner with product, merchandising, and e-commerce teams to plan and execute marketing strategies for new product launches.
- Ensure product launches are supported by clear messaging, coordinated marketing efforts, and strong storytelling.
- Align launch strategies across Venum.com, retail partners, and social channels.
Community & Event Activation* Lead brand presence at key industry events, fight weeks, tournaments, trade shows, and community activations.
- Support grassroots engagement with gyms, athletes, and combat sports communities across North America.
- Ensure Venum maintains a strong physical presence in the fight ecosystem.
Cross-Channel Collaboration* Work closely with: + E-Commerce Director + Digital Marketing Manager + Product and Category teams + Creative and content teams + Sales and retail partners
- Ensure marketing initiatives support commercial objectives across DTC, Retail, and wholesale channels.
Performance Tracking & Insights* Define brand KPIs and track performance across campaigns and initiatives.
- Analyze brand engagement, campaign results, and market trends to improve future marketing strategies.
- Provide leadership with regular updates on brand performance and market opportunities.

WHAT YOU BRING* 7+ years of experience in brand marketing, sports marketing, or consumer brand marketing.
- Experience working with sports, performance apparel, lifestyle, or consumer brands strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of brand storytelling, campaign development, and athlete or influencer marketing.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including product, digital marketing, and sales.
- Ability to manage multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate marketing insights into strategic recommendations.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
This role will be compensated with a good-faith pay range of $140,000–$170,000. This range represents the minimum and maximum base pay the company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. Final base pay will depend on several factors, including the applicant’s qualifications, relevant experience, education, certifications or professional licenses, and overall performance throughout the interview process.
This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance, life insurance, disability insurance and a 401(k) matching program. This role may also be eligible for an annual performance-based bonus award. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. Venum offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
