Seeking a Marketing Associate to coordinate marketing, community engagement, and outreach efforts. This part-time position focuses on promoting brand awareness, generating leads, and supporting office growth initiatives, with the opportunity of transitioning to full-time based on performance.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement local marketing and networking activities, representing the agency at community events using a company-provided vehicle.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to generate, qualify, and nurture leads for licensed sales staff.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners and key community influencers, ensuring timely and effective follow-up to support ongoing collaboration.
- Manage digital outreach, including social media and online engagement, to support lead generation and brand visibility.
- Track campaign performance and provide regular updates to the sales team.
- Assist in setting and achieving marketing goals aligned with office growth initiatives.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a commitment to daily success and continuous personal and professional development.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with marketing, communications, or social media preferred but not required.
- Genuine interest in marketing products and services tailored to customer needs.
