We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to support our Head of Sales and the broader Wholesale team. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, highly organized, and eager to grow within a fast-paced fashion sales environment.

The position is hands-on and cross-functional, partnering closely with Account Executives, Showroom Management, Creative, Logistics, and Retail teams.

This position requires onsite availability Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m., with travel up to 50% for tradeshows, appointments, and events.

Job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

Majors + Specialty Account Support & Strategy

  • Support Head of Sales on overall Majors account strategy and growth.
  • Collect, analyze, and compile weekly, monthly, and seasonal selling reports.
  • Evaluate replenishment take-rate monthly and assess profitability of RTV requests.
  • Manage ship logs, replenishment logs, accommodations logs, and sponsored product metrics.
  • Track shipping and request order pull-ups as needed to ensure seasonal plans are met.
  • Support all AEs in getting all pending and PODs shipped at the earliest
  • Assist with RAs, swaps and reorders and calling customers pending payments as needed
  • Support with order entry/ edits, support aging collections and tracking /invoice requests from retailers
  • Conduct weekly stock/OTS reviews and identify recut opportunities.

Market, Tradeshow & Appointment Prep

  • Prepare all market materials, including ST% recaps, seasonal SKU plans, and pre-season expectations for Majors.
  • Support Account Executives during market, trade shows, trunk shows, and road appointments; assist with recaps and follow-up.
  • Create and update the tradeshow calendar and logs; ensure metrics are included on all recaps.
  • Assist with major account presentations, sales decks, and special projects for leadership.

Showroom & Sample Management

  • Coordinate with the showroom team to merchandise and maintain showroom and sample closet.
  • Manage and track all Majors sample sets and seasonal sample organization.
  • Ensure all samples are hung and merchandised according to the seasonal guide.
  • Oversee allocation of samples for sales teams; ensure borrowed samples are returned.
  • Ship and order samples as needed; assist with sample sales and company events.

NuOrder Management

  • Oversee the full NuOrder lifecycle: pricing, copy, merchandising, specs, and SKU cleanup.
  • Update pricing across all currencies and request product/wash/fabric copy as needed.
  • Ensure all specs (rise, inseam, leg opening, length) are accurate.
  • Work with Retail/Sales Manager to create and maintain:
  • Seasonal launch line sheets (Resort/Summer, Fall/Holiday)
  • ATS and total ATS line sheets
  • Core/Basics updates
  • Merchandising layouts and banners
  • Clean up outdated SKU’s and archive seasonal line sheets regularly.
  • Coordinate with Creative for imagery updates, including ghost, editorial, product shots, and video assets.
  • Communicate NuOrder updates to domestic and international agents.

Dropship & E-Commerce Support

  • Manage the dropship process 3x weekly to ensure full stock availability.
  • Identify discrepancies in copy, imagery, and product data, coordinate corrections with Creative and Logistics.
  • Support copy and sample/image processes for e-commerce teams.

Cross-Functional Sales Support

  • Partner with Showroom/Sales Coordinator on e-blasts, influencer emails, and seasonal collateral.
  • Assist with order templates, high-res image pulls, online copy, and essential tools for sales.
  • Collaborate with Creative to ensure all collateral is properly saved and distributed to sales reps.
  • Support Head of Sales with specialty accounts prospecting and customer service

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Fashion Merchandising, or related field).
  • 2+ years of wholesale, showroom, or sales support experience in fashion.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to produce and interpret selling reports.
  • Experience supporting Account Executives with order management and market prep.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; NuOrder experience a plus.
  • Effective communicator with excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable handling showroom merchandising and sample management.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% for tradeshows and appointments.
  • Full-time, onsite role (non-exempt).
