Program Eligibility:* Currently enrolled at an accredited two or four-year college/university in the United States, pursuing an undergraduate, graduate and/or law degree

  • Graduating between Spring 2026 - Fall 2028
  • Have access to housing and transportation within the designated city (We do not offer housing or transportation accommodations)
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States and will not require sponsorship for employment visa status, now or in the future (e.g., H1-B, OPT, etc.)
  • Commit to 20 - 40 hours per week (based on individual business area)

Applications will be reviewed early Spring 2026 2026 Summer Internship Program Dates: June 8 - August 14, 2026 UMLE: Commercial (Data) (Onsite: FL) How You’ll CREATE: The data department aids in creating information decks and analysis based on music consumption of our artists. The Intern will be responsible for helping create data decks to showcase trends, growths or opportunities with our roster of artists. Ideal candidates will have:* SQL proficiency

  • Python
  • DOMO
  • Spotify for artists a plus

UMLE: Audience Growth/Digital (Onsite: FL) How You’ll CREATE: This department aids the marketing departments in sourcing influencer campaigns, as well as overseeing all digital activities and looks to aid all releases in the digital space* Overseeing digital campaigns

  • Drafting content ideas and influencer strategies that align with the artists

Ideal candidates will have:* Experience with Canva, Meltwater, Chartmetric, TikTok, Meta & other analysis tools

  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish

UMLA: Marketing UMLA & Iberian Peninsula (Onsite: FL) How You’ll CREATE:* Support the supervision and follow-up of international marketing campaigns for artists across Latin America and the Iberian Peninsula.

  • Assist in communication and coordination with repertoire owners, regional offices, and cross-functional teams.
  • Prepare and send campaign performance reports and results to repertoire owners, including insights and key highlights.
  • Track campaign progress, monitor timelines, and maintain updated status reports for all active releases.
  • Conduct research using internal and external data sources to identify trends, audience behavior, streaming patterns, and competitive insights.
  • Take detailed meeting minutes and distribute summaries to relevant stakeholders.
  • Update and maintain internal trackers, calendars, databases, pitch decks, and promotional documentation.
  • Contribute ideas during campaign reviews, brainstorms, and team discussions surrounding regional strategy and amplification.
  • Monitor key releases within the Latin American and Iberian Peninsula markets and help identify regional opportunities for visibility and support.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks, organization of materials, and preparation of presentations.

UMLE: Press/Publicity (Onsite: FL) How You’ll CREATE:* Support media outreach efforts and help maintain updated media lists

  • Monitor press coverage and compile weekly press reports
  • Assist with planning and logistics for red carpets, showcases, screenings and award-week events
  • Support guest list management, credential tracking, and onsite event coordination
  • Conduct research on artists, media outlets, trends, and competitive campaigns
  • Coordinate internal documents, calendars, and schedules as needed
  • Collaborate with the team on day-to-day tasks to support artist releases and label communications
  • Oversee press strategies and social media overview of the label

Ideal candidates will have:* Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish

  • Strong interest in music, entertainment and pop-culture trends, with an understanding of digital platforms and media outlets
  • Excellent writing skills

UMLE: Publicity (Onsite: FL) How You’ll CREATE: The Publicity & Communications Department leads all media strategy, press efforts, and storytelling for FONO and its artists. We manage press releases, pitches, interviews, and bilingual communications, while overseeing red carpets, showcases, and major award-season activations. We work closely with artists, management, and internal teams to amplify releases, secure top-tier media coverage, and strengthen FONO’s presence across the U.S., Mexico, and global Latin markets. Our mission is to elevate the label and its roster through strategic visibility, cultural relevance, and impactful communication.* Assist in drafting, editing, and organizing press materials (press releases, bios, pitches, talking points).

  • Strong interest in music, entertainment, and pop-culture trends, with an understanding of digital platforms and media outlets.

UMLE: Merch & E-Commerce (Onsite: FL) How You’ll CREATE: The Merch & E-Commerce department oversees all merchandise sales, from the creation to execution of campaigns tied to music products & Artists. The intern will be responsible for researching merch trends and will be looking into sourcing quality products & helping setting up digital campaigns for merch actions. Ideal candidates will have:* Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal
