About the Role:

We're seeking an exceptional SVP of Marketing to build and lead our global marketing function from the ground up. This is a high-impact, strategic leadership role reporting directly to the executive team. You'll own the full marketing strategy as we scale our B2B partnerships and prepare for multiple retail brand launches in 2026.This is an opportunity to shape the narrative for a NASDAQ-listed innovator

 Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy encompassing brand positioning, demand generation, content marketing, partnerships, and community building.
  • Lead marketing for upcoming retail brand launches (Q1–Q2 2026), including product marketing, user acquisition campaigns, and performance marketing across paid, organic, and influencer channels.
  • Drive B2B marketing to expand white-label SaaS adoption among brokers, exchanges, and financial institutions.
  • Own brand development and thought leadership, positioning Perpetuals.com as the trusted leader in regulated products, derivatives and tokenized assets.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Compliance, and Executive teams to align marketing with regulatory requirements and business goals.
  • Manage multi-channel campaigns with a focus on measurable ROI and user growth in fintech audiences.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles (VP/SVP/CMO) at high-growth fintech or trading platforms.
  • Proven track record scaling marketing for B2C and B2B products in regulated financial services or derivatives (experience with perpetuals, futures, options, or leveraged products is a strong plus).
  • Deep understanding of user acquisition channels.
  • Experience launching consumer-facing financial products and building brands from early stage to scale.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in growth metrics, funnel optimization, and data-driven decision making.
  • Familiarity with regulatory constraints in the fintech space.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to craft compelling narratives for technical products.
  • Experience managing global, distributed teams and agencies.
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to the Bend, Oregon area.
