As our digital presence becomes increasingly important, we're looking for a Short Form Social Media Content Creator to drive growth via followers, engagement, and influencer partnerships. If you have a passion for social media, a knack for fostering brand communities, and a proven ability to develop + execute social media content, we want to hear from you!

• Short Form Content Creation across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest, and Twitter
• Continuously strategize and implement our social media strategy to maximize brand awareness that results in engagement, follower, and sales growth
• Manage created + provided content across social media, ensuring distribution consistency and relevance to the social media space. Plus strategize and advise the content team on new things we can distribute across social media.
• Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies as needed to maximize overall awareness and engagement
• Measure and report analytics, metrics, KPI’s of social media campaigns
• Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with influencers who align with our target audience and brand values
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or an extensive portfolio of trackable experience).
• At least 3 years of experience in content creation; DTC e-commerce experience is a big plus.
• Knowledge of all major social media platforms, with a deep focus on Instagram and TikTok. Familiarity with Twitter, Pinterest, and YouTube Shorts is also beneficial.
• Understanding of Google Analytics, Monday, and social media management tools like HootSuite, Buffer, etc.
• Exceptional copywriting and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time-management abilities, capable of multitasking and adhering to deadlines.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
