About The Role

We're looking for an Influencer Marketing Associate to scale our creator partnerships program. You'll own the full lifecycle—sourcing creators, negotiating contracts, managing relationships, and coordinating content delivery across platforms. This role has real budget ownership and creative input from day one. What You'll Do

• Source, vet, and recruit influencers and UGC creators across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
• Manage end-to-end partnerships: outreach, negotiation, contracting, briefing, and performance tracking.
• Own the influencer budget—allocate spend, manage payments, and optimize for impact.
• Build and maintain strong creator relationships that keep talent coming back.
• Coordinate with creative designers to develop briefs, review content, and ensure brand consistency.
• Work with legal to ensure contracts and content meet compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with the Head of Growth to align influencer efforts with broader marketing initiatives.
• Identify new partnership opportunities—paid, organic, gifted, affiliate—and experiment with what works.

• 0-2 years of experience; new grads welcome.
• Plugged into creator culture—you know who's up-and-coming before they blow up.
• A natural relationship builder who can connect with creators and negotiate deals confidently.
• Organized and detail-oriented; you can juggle multiple partnerships without dropping the ball.
• Comfortable with ambiguity—you'll be scaling a program, not following a playbook.
• Data-curious; you use metrics to inform decisions, not just report on them.
• A strong communicator who can write a compelling brief and give clear creative feedback.

The base salary for this full-time position ranges from $100,000 - $150,000 in addition to benefits. The salary range listed in each job posting represents the minimum and maximum targets for new hire salaries across all locations. Actual compensation within this range is determined by various factors, such as job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and location.
