SkyMD Hydration is seeking a motivated and experienced Marketing & Social Media Manager to help drive brand awareness, content strategy, and community growth.

SkyMD is a fast-growing Arizona-based hydration company focused on helping athletes, first responders, and everyday performers stay properly fueled and hydrated. This role will work closely with the founders and leadership team to develop and execute marketing strategies that accelerate the growth of the brand.

You will oversee social media strategy, content creation, influencer partnerships, and brand activations while helping scale SkyMD into a leading hydration and wellness brand.

Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy

• Develop and execute monthly and quarterly marketing plans
• Plan marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches
• Identify opportunities to grow brand awareness and customer acquisition
• Track campaign performance and optimize marketing initiatives

Social Media & Content

• Own overall Instagram and TikTok strategy
• Plan and oversee weekly content output
• Lead founder-led content strategy
• Ensure consistent brand storytelling and messaging

Influencer & Partnership Marketing

• Identify and recruit athletes, influencers, and brand partners
• Manage influencer campaigns and collaboration posts
• Track performance and ROI from partnerships

Events & Community

• Support brand activations and community events
• Manage influencer and creator relationships
• Capture and organize content from events

Team Coordination

• Coordinate marketing deliverables across the team
• Work with marketing assistants, interns, and content contributors
• Lead weekly marketing planning meetings

Key Performance Indicators

• Social media follower growth
• Engagement across social platforms
• Influencer partnership performance
• Campaign and promotion performance
• Brand awareness and community growth

Qualifications

• 2–6+ years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or social media management
• Strong understanding of social media strategy and content marketing
• Experience working with influencers, creators, or brand partnerships
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent written communication skills
• Interest in fitness, wellness, or lifestyle brands preferred

Experience with consumer brands, startups, or influencer-driven marketing is strongly preferred.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
