About the Role
We’re seeking a skilled Marketing Manager to help take Diva Diamonds into its next phase of growth. You’ll work directly with the Head of Marketing of Pinto Ranch/Diva Diamonds as a strategic right hand, owning brand voice, customer acquisition, content strategy, and marketing campaigns for the brand. This is a high-autonomy, high-impact role; a rare chance to shape how a rapidly growing, luxury jewelry brand looks, sounds,
and grows.
What you’ll do
• Help shape Diva Diamonds’ marketing strategy: develop and execute a cohesive, measurable marketing plan.
• Define and evolve brand positioning, voice, and visual identity for all customer touch points.
• Identify investment opportunities to continue driving the brand’s growth: paid social, advertising placements, etc.
• Craft and lead content strategy and production: create a content calendar and own the execution of social-first content, including occasional lifestyle shoots.

Manage social media channels: strategy, calendar, community engagement, and performance optimization.
• Advertising & media: manage relationships with print and digital publications vendors; coordinate ad assets, placements, and updates, own paid acquisition strategies
• Identify, negotiate, and manage influencer and partnership campaigns.
• Cross-functional support: work with store and leadership partners on events, activations, email and website as needed, and Pinto Ranch partners• Set KPIs, report performance, iterate quickly, and present results/strategy to leadership.
Who you are
• 5+ years marketing experience with demonstrable jewelry/luxury/goods
experience strongly preferred.
• Confident decision maker and strategic thinker who also enjoys getting hands-
on creative work done.
• Proven experience with social and content strategy, paid media, influencer
marketing, and reporting.
• Excellent written communication and brand voice development skills.
• Comfortable juggling multiple projects, prioritizing under shifting deadlines, and
owning end-to-end execution.
• Collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset. You’ll be working closely with owners
and leadership and have an exciting opportunity to make a huge impact.
• Bonus: Experience with Shopify (or similar), Klaviyo, Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and basic Adobe Suite or Canva skills.
