Content Support Specialist

Position Overview

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Content Support Specialist to assist our team in developing and managing digital content for a variety of client accounts.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys blending creativity with strategy and is comfortable working with modern tools including AI-assisted content creation while maintaining the authenticity and voice of each brand.

The Content Support Specialist will work closely with our marketing team, graphic designer, and account managers to support social media content, newsletters, influencer research, and website/blog copy development.

This position is remote and hourly, requiring someone who is highly organized, self-directed, and able to manage tasks independently while collaborating with the team.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Content Creation

• Create and manage social media content for 1–3 client accounts
• Develop both static posts and short-form video content (Reels)
• Assist in developing monthly content strategies and content calendars
• Write engaging captions that align with the client’s brand voice
• Coordinate with the design team for supporting graphics and visuals

Influencer Research & Campaign Support

• Research potential influencers for brand collaborations
• Evaluate influencers based on audience alignment and engagement
• Assist with influencer outreach lists and campaign coordination

Newsletter Development

• Write and edit email newsletters
• Collaborate with the graphic designer to finalize layouts
• Ensure newsletters align with brand messaging and marketing objectives

Website & Blog Content

• Write and edit website content and blog posts
• Refine AI-generated content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and brand voice
• Maintain high editorial standards with careful proofreading and attention to detail

Content Optimization & Editing

• Meticulously edit and polish content produced by AI tools
• Ensure all content reflects the client’s tone, voice, and messaging
• Maintain consistency across social media, website, and email communications

QualificationsRequired

• Experience creating content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Experience writing marketing copy, captions, blogs, or newsletters
• Comfortable using AI tools for content generation and editing
• Strong writing and editing skills with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and remotely without constant supervision
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Preferred

• Experience creating short-form video content (Reels / TikTok style content)
• Familiarity with social media scheduling platforms
• Experience working with email marketing platforms
• Basic understanding of digital marketing strategy
• Experience working within an agency environment or managing multiple clients
