HangarFour, a creative service agency, seeks an experienced Director, Influencer Strategist to join a team that works tirelessly to develop smart strategies, amazing ideas, and flawless execution. Oh yeah, and have a lot of fun!
The Influencer Strategist will be responsible for helping define, develop, and implement robust influencer strategies for a variety of clients. They will drive robust brand awareness and build a broad reach of advocates across the influencer space, including celebrities, vloggers/bloggers, make-up artists, press, and digital editors. The position is also designed to support the overall functions of H4's Influence department, with a focus on development of social content assets and guidelines, developing ongoing influencer programs, and working as a direct client contact. This role reports to VP of Influencer.

Your Role:

- Campaign Excellence: Direct impactful influencer campaigns, ensuring they exceed client expectations and deliver tangible results.
We're Seeking:
- A strategic thinker with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- A seasoned professional with 6-8 years of influencer marketing experience and a proven leadership track record.
- A digital-savvy expert, well-versed in the latest trends and analytics tools.

- An adaptable leader with exceptional organizational and project management skills.
