About the Role

We’re in the midst of an exciting growth phase and are looking for a stand out marketing manager to help execute all marketing efforts. You’ll be the right hand to the Head of Marketing, working closely with leadership and owning initiatives that shape how we present and grow the brand from a 360 marketing perspective. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution across social, influencer, advertising, events, and store activations.

What you’ll do (key responsibilities)

  • Support Head of Marketing across all marketing functions and act as a primary execution partner on day-to-day initiatives.
  • Social media: help build and maintain the content calendar; create, schedule, post, and optimize content; produce monthly performance reports and present insights to leadership.
  • Influencer partnerships: support talent casting and contracts, manage communications, ideate activations, track & report performance across influencer, print, and OOH placements.
  • Advertising & media: manage relationships with print and digital publications vendors; coordinate ad assets, placements, and updates.
  • Events & store activations: drive RSVPs and local promotion for in-store events; support Operations on event logistics and on-site needs.
  • Store openings & regional marketing: support store opening marketing initiatives; work with store managers to understand local markets and create regional plans to drive traffic and customer acquisition.
  • Cross-functional support: coordinate with merchandising, operations, email, web, and store teams to align on brand/product priorities, deliver campaigns.
  • Reporting & optimization: compile campaign performance and analyze results.
  • Content creation: create, edit, and share on-brand content to be used across marketing placements and store signage. Will also have access to a content library to supplement as needed.

What we’re looking for (qualifications)

  • 5+ years marketing experience with hands-on execution across social, influencer, events, and local retail marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders, strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize.
  • Experience managing external vendors and comfortable writing/reviewing contracts.
  • Experience with Adobe Suite, Canva, Facebook/IG Ads Manager, TikTok Ads
  • Comfortable with basic reporting and metrics, including social reporting.
  • Experience creating social-first content and writing in a specific brand voice.
  • Creative thinker with strategic instincts and a bias for execution.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication. Must be comfortable presenting to leadership.
  • Willingness to travel regionally for store openings and planning.
  • Retail or lifestyle brand experience a plus.
