Tursian is a luxury biotech skincare brand redefining how skin communicates, repairs and performs. Built around the science of biological signalling, our formulas combine advanced actives including exosomes, peptides and stem cell technology to support the skin’s natural intelligence.

We are a fast moving startup preparing for major global growth, including retail launches and international expansion. We are looking for a Social Media Manager and Content Creator who understands the beauty industry, moves quickly and can help shape the voice of the brand in real time.

This role is hands on, creative and strategic. You will work closely with the marketing team and founder to create compelling content, manage social channels and drive brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

• Create high quality social content including Reels, Stories, short form video and still imagery
• Capture content during shoots, events, founder moments and behind the scenes brand activity
• Edit and produce polished social content that feels premium and editorial

Social Media Management

• Manage daily posting and scheduling across Instagram, TikTok and other platforms
• Monitor comments, DMs and community engagement in real time
• Track performance and optimize content based on insights and engagement

Brand Storytelling

• Translate the science of Tursian into compelling, easy to understand content
• Highlight product innovation, ingredient stories and founder perspective
• Ensure all content reflects a luxury, intelligent skincare brand

Campaign & Launch Support

• Support campaign moments, retail launches and influencer collaborations
• Create content around events, derm partnerships and brand activations
• Work closely with the marketing team to align messaging and creative direction

Requirements

Minimum 3 years experience managing social media in the beauty industry. This is mandatory.

• Proven experience creating high performing beauty content
• Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok trends and algorithms
• Skilled in short form video editing and mobile content production
• Experience with beauty brands, skincare or cosmetic companies
• Ability to work quickly and adapt within a startup environment
• Strong visual eye and understanding of luxury brand aesthetics

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $40,000.00 - $61,483.66 per year
