Marketing Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Marketing Specialist to support brand growth and manage our online presence. The role starts as part-time with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position based on performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of e-commerce platforms, online advertising, and social media marketing. Experience with Shopify is highly preferred, along with proven skills in planning and executing effective marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize our Shopify store (product listings, pricing, promotions)
• Plan, launch, and monitor online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
• Manage and schedule posts for business social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Track and analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements
• Support influencer partnerships, email marketing, and other promotional initiatives

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Shopify (experience preferred) or other e-commerce platforms
• Knowledgeable in advertising placements (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) and digital marketing strategies
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Basic coding skills (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) are a plus
• Experience with TikTok Seller Center / TikTok Shop is a plus
• Fluency in Mandarin is a plus
