MARKETING INTERN - AMBASSADORS AND INFLUENCERS JOB TYPE: 40 hours per week Additional hours may be assigned based on business needs May - August (4 months) ABOUT YOU: We’re seeking a motivated and digitally savvy Marketing Intern focused on ambassadors and influencers to support our growing social presence. In this role, you’ll help monitor channel performance trends, research emerging influencer and creator activity across platforms, and provide thoughtful, data-informed recommendations to enhance engagement and growth. Our ideal candidate is curious about digital trends, highly detail-oriented, and ready to transform insights into meaningful brand impact. YOU WILL:
- Support. Assist with user-generated content management and back-to-school ambassador and influencer campaigns.
- Develop. Report on channel performance trends and best practices.
- Advise. Provide recommendations for influencer and ambassador programs, and help with the execution of day-to-day tasks.
- Strengthen. Research emerging influencer and creator trends.
- Help. Complete other projects as assigned.
YOU HAVE:
- Experience. In-depth working knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter, Pinterest, and YouTube.
- Education. Recent college graduate or enrolled in an accredited 4-year undergraduate program majoring in Marketing, Project Management, Communications, or a similar program with at least 3 years completed. Minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale.
- Technical Skills. Exceptional Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) skills. Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn new technical tools and applications.
- Agility. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and the ability to prioritize for the greatest impact.
- Great Communication Skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work well both individually and in a team. Strong interpersonal skills.

Team members will understand and leverage customer insights through data analysis & testing to then create experiences and relevant content throughout the customer journey and to support our specialized product lines, including Yearbooks, Class Rings, Graduation Products, and Professional Sports.
