Position Overview

The Social Media Administrator / Content Creator is responsible for overseeing, planning, and executing all aspects of our social media and digital content strategy. This role blends creativity, marketing strategy, and technical skill to drive engagement, sales, and brand storytelling across all platforms.

You’ll work closely with the owner to bring ideas to life through content creation, daily posting, campaign planning, and ongoing community engagement. You’ll manage the rhythm of our digital world, from TikTok to Instagram, website banners to behind-the-scenes footage, ensuring that every post, video, and caption reflects our brand’s personality and purpose.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Execution

• Manage and post daily across multiple platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Youtube, etc.) using platform-specific tones and strategies.
• Build, organize, and execute a monthly content calendar for launches, sales, and brand storytelling.
• Plan and run weekly campaigns, holiday events, and viral moments in alignment with the marketing calendar.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments, and maintain consistent community interaction.

Content Creation and Management

• Film, photograph, and edit behind-the-scenes and lifestyle content for daily drops and weekly launches.
• Photograph new jewelry, accessories, and footwear arrivals.
• Create and style flat lays for clothing and jewelry that visually capture our brand aesthetic.
• Collaborate with the owner to turn creative direction and ideas into finished, scroll-stopping videos.
• Edit short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social platforms.
• Capture authentic, trend-driven content that showcases our products in real-life use and aspirational styling.
• Upload all raw images to our editors drive and upload edited product photos in our backend system.

Design & Marketing Assets

• Design website banners, promotional graphics, and marketing visuals that align with each collection and sale.
• Create graphics for website, paid ads, and on-site features when needed.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual and written content.

Analytics & Optimization

• Track engagement, reach, and performance across platforms to refine content strategy.
• Identify trends and opportunities to grow our online audience and increase conversions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing (fashion or e-commerce experience preferred).
• Strong photography and video editing skills (experience with Lightroom, Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite a plus).
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills with a knack for fun, relatable, and SEO-rich captions.
• Strong sense of visual style — able to curate cohesive, beautiful feeds.
• Proactive, highly organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for fashion, trends, and women’s lifestyle content.

Bonus Skills

• Experience with Shopify, TikTok Shop, or social selling platforms.
• Knowledge of influencer marketing and UGC strategy.
• Comfortable being on camera or directing others during shoots.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
