The Role Are you excited by the idea of reimagining how a public relations agency works using AI, automation, and smart workflows? Do you enjoy finding creative ways to transform time-consuming, repetitive tasks into efficient, automated systems? If so, Moxie Communications Group’s AI Operations & Automation internship could be for you.
You’ll spend up to 20 hours per week working closely with Moxie’s operations and leadership teams to identify opportunities where modern AI tools and automations can save time, streamline processes, and unlock new ways of working. You’ll help design, code, test, and refine workflows that support everything from research and data entry to reporting and content support, then train the full Moxie team to use them with confidence. Successful candidates will bring hands‑on experience with AI tools, proficiency with automation platforms and scripting, strong communication skills, and a genuine enthusiasm for applying AI to the craft of public relations in a fast‑paced agency environment.
This position is part-time, remote, and candidates can be based in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Texas or California. This is a three-month internship role, with the potential to extend up to six months.
