Your territory

As part of our US Marketing Team, you will:

Build and scale our influencer marketing program for the US and Canadian markets across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube

Source and vet creators using platforms like Insense and direct outreach to build a strong pipeline of brand-aligned influencers

Lead end-to-end contract negotiations with influencers and their management, securing favorable terms while nurturing long-term relationships

Own and optimize the influencer marketing budget, tracking spend against performance targets across creator tiers and platforms

Develop clear, on-brief content guidelines and support creators from initial concept to final delivery to ensure assets meet brand and campaign requirements

Partner closely with our Paid Social team to identify top-performing influencer content for paid amplification and whitelisting

Track and analyze campaign performance, including CPO and engagement rates, and share insights to improve future collaborations

Maintain a structured creator database with performance history, contract terms, and relationship notes

Plan and coordinate key promotional influencer campaigns for moments like Black Friday, Cyber Monday, holiday seasons, and product launches

Your profile

Key requirements:

3-5 years of experience in influencer marketing and creator partnerships, ideally in a performance-focused environment

Deep understanding of creator ecosystems on Meta (Instagram/Facebook), TikTok, and YouTube

Proven track record in negotiating influencer contracts and managing campaign or partnership budgets

Hands-on experience with influencer platforms such as Insense, CreatorIQ, Aspire, or GRIN

Strong project and time management skills, comfortable driving multiple campaigns at once

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Strong creative instincts with the ability to develop clear briefs and provide constructive feedback to creators

Confident working with performance metrics like CPO and engagement rates to guide decisions
