Position Overview

The Senior Manager, Influencer Marketing is responsible for driving brand growth, cultural relevance, and measurable business impact through a high-performing influencer marketing program. This role partners with internal and agency teams to develop and execute influencer strategies across contracted talent, ambassadors, community gifting, and regional partnerships – ensuring alignment with brand priorities and campaign objectives.

This individual will support agency relationships, manage influencer budgets, and monitor performance across the Kendra Scott influencer ecosystem. The ideal candidate blends creative instinct with analytical rigor, understand culture, and has experience scaling influencer programs to drive business impact. This individual is comfortable operating at both a strategic and executional level – including on-set production and live event settings.

Responsibilities* Lead the day-to-day influencer marketing program including sourcing, contracting, briefing, and executing influencer campaigns.

  • Identify opportunities to increase brand relevance across key audiences through culturally resonant influencer partnerships.
  • Serve as day-to-day contact for influencer agency management, including influencer casting, creative brief development, content approval, and oversight of campaign execution.
  • Manage influencer campaign calendar – communicate key activations, deliverables, and dates to cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Concept, plan, and host influencer events that drive brand storytelling, cultural relevance, and community building.
  • Partner cross-functionally (PR, Brand, Regional Marketing) to develop influencer guest lists aligned to campaign objectives and audience growth targets.
  • Attend and lead influencer photo and video shoots, serving as brand steward on set to ensure content aligns with campaign objectives, brand guidelines, and social-first best practices.
  • Partner with Paid Media agency and in-house team to optimize whitelisting, usage rights, and performance amplifications strategies.
  • Oversee influencer gifting and seasonal mailer program, ensuring ROI, brand alignment, and elevated influencer experience.
  • Act as a project manager by ensuring agency delivers against KPIs, timelines, budget parameters, and brand standards.
  • Partner with Legal and Finance to ensure contracts, compliance, and FTC guidelines are adhered to.
  • Track monthly and quarterly influencer budget including contracted talent, content productions, agency fees, and gifting.
  • Oversee the Kendra Scott College Ambassador program to ensure always on connection to community of brand fans.
  • Develop and track campaign dashboards in 3rd party tools; analyze campaign performance and provide impact reporting with actionable insights.
  • Monitor competitive landscape and influencer trends to inform future strategy.

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:* 7-9+ years of influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or related marketing experience, with a strong blend of strategy, creative ideation, and channel management.

  • 3+ years of people management experience, with a demonstrated ability to grow, coach, and empower high-performing teams.
  • Proven experience leading influencer marketing for a consumer brand, ideally within fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or retail.
  • A portfolio or work samples that demonstrate strong creative ideas, trend fluency, and social-first storytelling.
  • Deep expertise in TikTok, Instagram, and emerging social platforms from trend cycles to content formats.
  • Proficiency in influencer analytics tools (e.g., CreatorIQ, Traackr, Tribe Dynamics, native platform insights), comfortable with Excel, and ability to distill complex data into compelling takeaways.
  • Experience with operating within the current social media landscape on behalf of a large brand / agency, including understanding of FTC guidelines regarding influencer partnerships and risk mitigation around social trends.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to distill complex data into crisp insights, recommendations, and presentations.
  • Highly collaborative with a strong ability to build relationships with co-workers and keep others informed

  • Ability to travel 10–15% for brand events, photo/video shoots, or campaign production.
