Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled full-time Social Media Manager and Content Creator to lead the strategy, execution, and performance reporting for Joe Hollywood, the #1 sports card personality on Whatnot. The ideal candidate lives and breathes social media, has their device in their hand 24/7 and is always plugged in to the latest social media trends and tools. They instinctively know what works well in social and how to bring stories to life across channels.

The person in this role will own all aspects of social media for the company and will have great autonomy to decide the strategic direction and content development. We’re looking for a creator and a doer, someone who can create and develop content for social. Execution is more important than strategy in this role. We need someone who can create and post content regularly.

This is a hands-on position that will require night and weekend work, as well as travel. The candidate must be flexible and will travel with Joe to certain events and collaborations. Given Joe’s streams are on weekends, certain night and weekend work will also be necessary. We’re looking for someone willing to take on this type of flexibility, is enthusiastic about owning the social media content, and will be able to roll with the punches when it comes to odd scheduling hours. During business hours, this position is based in our Alpharetta, GA office.

Job Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and own the social media strategy across all major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, etc.).
  • Create strategies that ladder up to overall company goals.
  • Build and manage monthly content calendar.
  • Identify new platform opportunities, trends, and social innovations to keep company competitive and culturally relevant.

Content Creation & Execution

  • Create consistent content, ideally multiple posts per day, showcasing all aspects of Joe Hollywood and Baffio Enterprises, bringing the full operation to life. This includes storytelling, big pulls from shows, behind-the-scenes content and collaborations with external stakeholders.
  • Work with in-house graphic designer to create rich, static graphics to enhance social channels.
  • Manage daily posting, community engagement, and audience interactions.
  • Lead social aspect of influencer collaborations, show collaborations, UGC, and paid creator content as needed.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track, analyze, and report on KPIs, including reach, engagement, follower growth, and campaign performance.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize future content.
  • Maintain dashboards and monthly performance summaries for leadership review.
  • Use data to continuously refine strategy and improve KPIs.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support

  • Work closely with streaming, production and marketing to align social media with broader campaigns and launches.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or Public Relations
  • 2+ years of professional social media experience
  • Demonstrated success building and growing social media channels.
  • Strong copywriting, content creation, and storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency with social platforms and analytics dashboards.
  • Strong vertical video editing skills.
  • Passionate about emerging trends and content innovation.

Preferred:

  • Sports card collector or enthusiast.
  • Familiarity with Whatnot app.
  • Proven experience with paid social media.
  • Proven experience leveraging AI tools to support organic social media strategy, including content ideation, caption writing, trend analysis, and performance optimization.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills to juggle multiple calendars and brands.

Experience

  • Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite for content creation
  • Hands-on experience with social media management platforms like Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling and analytics
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices including keyword research, web analytics, and content optimization techniques
  • Familiarity with Facebook Advertising platform for creating targeted ad campaigns
  • Strong understanding of social listening tools to monitor brand reputation and industry trends
  • Ability to produce high-quality photography and video content; experience with video editing is a plus
  • Excellent proofreading skills combined with a keen eye for branding details in digital content
  • Experience in relationship management within public relations or influencer outreach is advantageous

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
