- Build and maintain a network of YouTube and TikTok creators
- Identify and proactively reach out to suitable creators
- Develop authentic content concepts together with creators
- Plan and execute performance-driven creator campaigns
- Manage ongoing campaigns and ensure quality control
- Work closely with the Performance and Brand teams
- Perform campaign analysis and derive optimization measures
- Monitor new platform features and creator trends
Requirements
- Degree or vocational qualification in Marketing, Communications, E‑Commerce, or a comparable field
- At least 2 years of professional experience in influencer marketing
- Experience in an e‑commerce or D2C environment
- Understanding of creator content, performance KPIs, and platform-specific mechanics
- Passion for social media, short-form content, and storytelling
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Analytical mindset and experience with data management
- Proficient in influencer tools and MS Office
- Team player with a hands-on mentality
