Overview
Quorum is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market strategy and execution for a high-growth SaaS product line. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth through targeted positioning, messaging, and sales enablement strategies. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in product marketing within the SaaS industry, excelling in market intelligence, competitive analysis, and demand generation to support new bookings, cross-sell, and up-sell initiatives. The candidate should be highly analytical, strategic, and comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Responsibilities
Strategic Market Intelligence & Positioning
- Own and refine the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for key product lines, ensuring strong alignment with business objectives.
- Be the expert on market trends, competitive landscape, and buyer personas, providing actionable insights to influence product development and sales strategies.
- Define and evolve product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that differentiate Quorum in the marketplace.
Sales Enablement & Demand Generation
- Develop and implement sales enablement programs, including training, playbooks, and battle cards to empower the sales team with effective messaging and competitive differentiation.
- Work closely with demand generation teams to create high-impact campaign strategies that drive pipeline growth and conversion.
- Collaborate with product management, sales, and customer success to identify opportunities for customer expansion and retention.
Product Launch & Lifecycle Management
- Lead the launch strategy for new products, features, and enhancements, managing the end-to-end product marketing lifecycle.
- Ensure the successful execution of cross-functional GTM plans, working closely with product, marketing, and revenue teams.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of marketing initiatives and continuously optimize strategies.
Thought Leadership & External Evangelism
Serve as a subject matter expert and advocate for Quorum’s products through industry events, speaking engagements, and content marketing initiatives.
Create compelling customer case studies, white papers, and thought leadership content to position Quorum as an industry leader.
Foster relationships with analysts, media, and industry influencers to increase market awareness and credibility.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. An MBA or masters is preferred
- 7+ years of product marketing experience, with at least 4 years in SaaS and Oil & Gas technology markets.
- Proven expertise in developing and executing GTM strategies, including positioning, messaging, and launch planning.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with experience translating data-driven insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to present confidently to executive stakeholders, customers, and partners.
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and demand generation teams in a high-growth environment.
- Proficiency with marketing automation tools, CRM (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, 6Sense).
- Pragmatic Institute Certified (PMC) IV or higher preferred.
