Responsibilities
- Develop and implement compelling social media marketing strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create visually appealing graphics and videos using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite to enhance content appeal.
- Manage social media accounts using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer, scheduling posts, monitoring interactions, and analyzing performance metrics with Google Analytics and web analytics tools.
- Conduct social listening to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and competitor activity, adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Engage with followers through comments, messages, and reviews to build strong relationships and foster community loyalty.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop digital marketing campaigns that drive e-commerce sales and promote special offers via Facebook Advertising and other paid channels.
- Proofread all content for accuracy, branding consistency, and clarity before publishing; ensure all messaging aligns with company standards.
- Support public relations efforts by crafting press releases, managing influencer collaborations, and maintaining positive media relationships.
- Utilize photography and video editing skills to produce high-quality visual content that resonates with target audiences.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles; familiarity with social media marketing best practices is essential.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite; experience with video editing is a plus.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, web analytics (Google Analytics), and social listening tools.
- Hands-on experience with social media management platforms like Hootsuite or Buffer; knowledge of Facebook Advertising is highly desirable.
- Excellent written communication skills with keen attention to proofreading and branding consistency.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies that boost online sales is preferred.
- Creative mindset with an eye for photography, videography, and graphic design to produce engaging content.
- Strong relationship management skills to interact effectively with customers, influencers, and internal teams.
