About the Role
The Brand & Growth Strategist owns marketing execution and performance across paid media, email/SMS, creator partnerships, and campaign launches.
You will work directly with the Founder and collaborate closely with the E-Commerce Manager and Social Media Coordinator to ensure campaigns are strategically built, creatively strong, and performance-driven.
This role requires someone who understands both creative and analytics, someone who can look at performance metrics and clearly determine what to scale, refine, or change. You are not just launching campaigns; you are responsible for improving results over time.
As the business grows, this role will evolve. We are looking for someone adaptable who wants to grow with the brand.
Your Responsibilities
Paid Media Management
• Own creative execution for Meta Ads, translating performance metrics into creative iterations
• Monitor and optimize campaigns in close partnership with our external ads partner
• Analyze ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR and adjust strategy accordingly
• Create new visuals and angles to meet revenue goals
• Launch and manage Google Ads when strategically appropriate
CRM (Email & SMS)
• Own campaign planning, segmentation, and flow maintenance in Klaviyo
• Develop tagging strategies and audience segmentation
• Own campaign calendar aligned to launches and promotions
• Continually utilize data to optimize campaign and flow performance
• Increase revenue contribution from owned channels
Photoshoot Coordination
• Own end-to-end photoshoot execution (concept, casting, production, timelines)
• Ensure assets align with paid and lifecycle strategy
Influencer Partnerships
• Identify, recruit, and manage creators who drive measurable revenue and reach
• Lead gifting, briefing, contracting, and onboarding
• Track performance and iterate partnerships based on results
Managing External Partners
• Own communication of launches, timelines, and deliverables with external partners (Social, PR, Ads, etc.)
• Ensure cross-channel alignment and execution

• Can handle fast-moving, evolving priorities
• Enjoys creative work just as much as analytical optimization
You Are
• 2–4 years experience in DTC e-commerce, ideally jewelry, fashion, or lifestyle
• Proficient in Meta Ads Manager and Klaviyo
• Familiar with Google Ads
• Strong project management and campaign calendar planning skills
• Strong analytical skillset with experience driving measurable results
• Clear communicator with experience collaborating cross-functionally
• Based in LA and able to work on-site full time
• Comfortable contributing wherever needed in a lean team
Bachelor’s degree preferred OR equivalent professional experience with a portfolio demonstrating measurable performance results.
